In this post, I share the locations of the beautiful scenes in the video with YOU…
Western District Public Cargo Working Area-Instagram Pier, Hong Kong Mirror of Sky
On the 10th second, the students are running on a pier.
Actually it is the Western District Public Cargo Working Area. Most people call it the ‘Instagram Pier’ and ‘Hong Kong Mirror of Sky’!
Of course, it is a good place for selfie and photo taking, especially for sunset! YOU can browse the amazing photos at Wikipedia.
Kowloon Peak
Kowloon Peak has 602m. It is the highest hill in Kowloon Peninsula.
Of course, it is not easy to go there. But YOU can enjoy the amazing view of Hong Kong from another angle there.

Lugard Road Lookout at Victoria Peak
Lugard Road actually is not so ‘secret’ or ‘confidential’! It is right next to the famous Peak Tower.
After about 20-30 mins walk, YOU can take photo at the lookout and check in at Facebook!
Golden Bauhinia Square in Wan Chai
The Forever Blooming Bauhinia Sculpture, which is the gift of the Chinese Central Government for Hong Kong to celebrate the handover in 1997, makes the Square to be Mainland Chinese travelers’ must-go sightseeing point.
Travelers are willing to spend their Hong Kong Dollar notes and coins, which have the Bauhinia city flower logo, to find the photographers there to take the photos with Victoria Harbour or Convention Center as the backdrop.
There is the new Ani-com park for selfie!
Hong Kong will have fireworks display again at 8:00 pm / 2000 on 1 July 2017.
If YOU want to enjoy the show on the waterfront, please go to occupy the best position in the early afternoon, about 2-3 pm!!!
Wah Fu Estate
YOU can still see the old public housings of Hong Kong at the aging Wah Fu Estate.
Residents just pay for about 1000-2000 Hong Kong Dollars a month to enjoy the unbeatable sea view there!
It is not far away from Aberdeen Fishing Village.
If YOU don’t want to have the ‘touristy’ meal at Jumbo Floating Restaurant, YOU may explore the local restaurants there.
Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade
Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade is the best place to enjoy the Symphony of Lights Laser Show.
It is because most of the participants, i.e. the skyscrapers, are on the opposite side of the promenade.
Next to the promenade, YOU can find a lot of famous sightseeing points…Star Ferry Pier, Clock Tower, Hong Kong Cultural Center, Harbour City Shopping Mall etc.

Braemar Hill on Hong Kong Island
According to the webpages about hiking and photography in Hong Kong, YOU need to ‘climb’ to the photo taking point on Braemar Hill.
It is not easy to go there (The linked page is in Chinese. Just browse the photos to see how difficult to go there…)
The best photo taking point, which is only a big stone, can only accommodate THREE photographers at the same time!
But the view there is really nice!
Siu mai, fish ball and beauty
Siu Mai and fish ball are the popular local street food. YOU can find them easily in Hong Kong.
When YOU enjoy the local delicacies on the street, of course, YOU can see a lot of pretty Hong Kong ladies.
Enjoy YOURSELF in Hong Kong!
