Cruise passengers should stay in hotels at Tsim Sha Tsui
Hong Kong is a famous and popular port of call.
Cruise passengers may fly to Hong Kong to board their cruises.
Cruise passengers may disembark to fly back home in Hong Kong.
A lot of cruise passengers need to choose their hotels in Hong Kong.
Frank the tour guide thinks that cruise passengers should stay in the hotels in Tsim Sha Tsui Kowloon.
A lot of hotels in Tsim Sha Tsui are very close to the smaller in-city Ocean Terminal.
Most of their rooms have great view.
Cruise passengers can get a lot of shopping, dining and sightseeing options when they step out the hotels at Tsim Sha Tsui.
Most big cruises berth at the larger Kai Tak Cruise Terminal.
For the convenience, cruise passengers of the giant cruises should also stay at Tsim Sha Tsui, instead of staying near the remote Kai Tak Cruise Terminal.
It takes about 30 mins to go to Kai Tak Cruise Terminal from Tsim Sha Tsui by taxi.
Hotels near the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal are not as good as the hotels in Tsim Sha Tsui.
They are smaller.
They mostly locate at the newly redeveloped commercial areas.
They had a bad surroundings as they are right next to the old factory buildings.
Cruise passengers actually can have the easy pre-cruise or after cruise Hong Kong private shore excursion.

5 Review: Frank met us right on time in a very confusing terminal. He was very professional and attentive to our needs. When the crowds were too much he offered us alternatives, such as riding the Sampans instead of taking the tram down from the Peak. We felt that we had a good overview of Hong Kong and he helped us plan our next day when we were on our own. Thank you Frank. (Browse private tour page) |
Frank’s response: Thank you very much, Marjorie! During the Hong Kong & Lantau Island full day limousine private tour, your private guide and private car with driver can help you to dodge the crowd easily at the remote Kai Tak Cruise Terminal. Then you tour the most famous sightseeing points of Hong Kong, Victoria Peak and Big Buddha, in just one day enjoyably. (Message Frank to plan YOUR private tour) |
