Step by step guide to make congee at home

Prepare the unshelled ginkgo nuts which can ease the ‘heat” inside human’s body. Remove the brown skin and cut the nuts in half to remove the stem

Prepare the bean curd skin, which give better smell to the congee

Prepare the rice
Put everything into the pot with 2 liter of water, cook 1 hour
Congee is ready after 1 hour of cooking
